So, click here to buy WPForms and to get the maximum discount available.
Step – 1. Install and activate WPForms
After buying WPForms, the first step you have to do is to install and activate the plugin.
So, do that first. Once you have done that, copy your license key from your WPForms’s account page and paste it under the WPForms > Settings section.

Let’s move forward to the next step where we are going to install the Zapier addon for WPForms.
Step – 2. Zapier addon installation
Zapier addon helps us to connect WPForms and Zapier. To install the Zapier addon, login to your WordPress dashboard then go to WPForms > Addons and install and activate the Zapier addon.

Once the Zapier addon is activated, you’ll need to go to WPForms > Settings and then click on the Integrations tab.

Now go ahead and click it to open more details. This is where you’ll find the Zapier API key for your site.

Keep opened this tab, this API Key will be needed in the next step.
Step – 3. Configure Zapier for WPForms
So, we are in our last step. In this step, we are going to configure Zapier for WPForms.
To integrate Zapier with WPForms, you need to create Zap in Zapier. Creating a zap helps us to send information from your forms to another service.
Now log in to your Zapier account. If you have not created a Zapier account, then do it first. It is free to create an account in Zapier.
Once you have logged into your account, hit the Make A Zap button on the upper left side of your dashboard.

Then it will open up a page for your new Zap. If you want you can also give a name to it.
In the Choose App & Event search box, search for ‘WPForms’ and select it.

Next, you need to select the trigger under the Choose Trigger Event. Since WPForms only has one trigger option (New Form Entry), you can simply click the Continue button to proceed.

After that, connect Zapier to WPForms with your website. To do that, simply click on the Sign in to WPForms button.

Here you need your API Key for Zapier. So, simply copy your key from the window you opened previously.

Paste your key in the API Key field and the Website field, enter the name of your website. Be sure to enter the full URL of your website and include the trailing slash (For example – https://yoursitename.com/ or http://yoursitename.com/).
When you have done, click on the Yes, Continue button.
Now Zapier will then prompt you to choose which account to use for your Zap. So, select it and click Continue.

In the next step, you need to select your form. If you have not created your form, make sure to do it first and if you already have one then select it.
I already have written an article about how to make a form in just 5 minutes, check that to know more about it.

Zapier comes with a feature called Find Data, which helps you test your connection. In the Find Data step, you will see two options one is Test & Continue and another one is Test & Review.

So, if you choose the first one which is Test & Continue, then after a few moments you should see your form entries populate (make sure you already have at least one entry). Expand the entry and check whether it is correct or not. In the end, click on the Done Editing button.

Now come to the second option which is Test & Review. So, if you choose this one, Zapier will automatically detect that and take you to the next step if things are working properly.
Once you have checked whether your connection is successful or not, Zapier will ask you to Choose App & Event. This is the app where you will want to send the information. Zapier has thousands of apps, so search where you want to send your data.

After selecting an app, Zapier will walk you through steps to pass form data to your chosen service. The steps remaining will depend on the service you integrate with.
Now you have successfully connected WPForms and Zapier.
